Queensland

An aggregation of four farms totalling over 1,000 fully arable acres with secure water. A new cold room and vacuum cooler in place since the 2022 season. This farm is ideal for Brassica crops harvested May through December, the latter three months being of particular importance, filling in the gap between the Darling Downs and The Lockyer Valley seasons.

  • Cauliflower, Broccoli and Cabbage

    Grown in the cooler Autumn to early Spring months. Continuous planting for the harvest period.

  • Butternut and Kent Pumpkin

    Planted Spring for a Summer harvest. Used for processing and whole supply.

Aggregation of two company owned farms comprising over 200 acres plus a further 60 acres of leased land, all on relatively flood free high ground, with assured water.

Our main value-adding Packing House is at this location, fully equipped with large modern Cold Rooms and five pallet vacuum cooling, enabling us to fast cool and pack our’s and other district growers produce.

Aggregation of three company owned farms, plus additional leased land comprising over 600 acres, Water has been secured from a drill into the Great Artesian basin, The farm stands at nearly 500 metres above sea level, providing a cool summer growing season.

A newly refurbished packing Shed, Cold Rooms and Vacuum Coolers are now fully operational.

With summer temperatures seldom above 24C and long daylight hours, this is the ideal location for the summer growing of the more delicate herb lines, large mature conifers protect the crops from strong sea breezes. A new Packing Shed, Cold Room and vacuum cooler maintain the cold chain.

    Coriander, Continental (Flat) Parsley and Curly (English) Parsley, grown November to April.

This farm of 50 Acres is conveniently located to supply our customers in Sydney. Almost the entire property is given over to greenhouse or a protected environment. This includes 14 Acres of hydroponically grown Asian Vegetables,  26 greenhouses and tunnels, incorporating the latest technology in growing our herb range.

Nearly 40 acres of fully arable land grows a substantial quantity but limited range of Asian Vegetables and our radish crop is grown in sandy soil in a one hectare greenhouse.
